There is a Cyclefest in Napa on Saturday, April 16th to benefit the Ride 2 Recovery (R2R).
The R2R is helping the men and women returning from Iraq and Afghanistan in their rehabilitation from physical and mental injuries by introducing them to cycling. To learn more visit their website.
An added bonus for those of us training for a metric and/or full century is that there is a 15, 25 & 50 mile ride. Not only do we support America's injured veterans, but we can participate and consider it training for an upcoming century AND HAVE FUN. This ride is 2 weeks before the Grizzly Peak Century & 3 weeks before the Sonoma Wine Country Century.
